Here at The Gilded Cross you will find a variety of Faith-Based Jewelry, (as well as other items), where I have taken my love for "Statement Jewelry”and my Faith to create this inspirational shop.

 

It is in this shop that I hope to provide Christians’ a way to have a tangible item for either a personal reminder, or an opportunity to share their faith with a friend, co-worker, or anyone that might notice what they are wearing and ask, “what does it mean?” To curate passages from the Bible that can be translated into beautiful works of art.

It is my goal to provide you with satisfaction and to make sure you are pleased with every purchase.

 

RETURNS

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase(s), you may return your order within 10 days of confirmed delivery. Shipping costs will be your responsibility unless the item purchased is at my fault (ex. wrong item).

ALL items returned must be in their ORIGINAL and unchanged condition. Refunds will be issued as soon as I receive the merchandise back.

Lost Packages
We will replace your items (if possible) or give you a full refund if your package happen to be lost.

 

REFUNDS

Our refund policy is 15 Days. Unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange after this period. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

 

Exchanges (if applicable)
